I placed an order on 3rd August 2025 on the website BuddyClothing.shop for an "Imperial Dragon Automaton Watch – Red Gold Cuprite Dial" worth ₹799 (Order ID: #7856). The order was delivered via Ekart on 4th August 2025 (Tracking ID: CMDC[protected]). However, instead of the ordered product, I received a completely fake and poor-quality watch.
The watch I received does not match the design, material, or look of what I had ordered. This is clearly a case of online shopping fraud and product misrepresentation.
I am attaching the following proof:
- Screenshot of my original order
- Image of the product I ordered
- Image of the fake watch delivered
I request the following:
1. A full refund of ₹799
2. Strict action against BuddyClothing.shop for misleading customers
3. Removal or blacklisting of such fraudulent sellers from platforms
