Budihal Nelamangala Gram Panchayat Office — Transfer of Khata

Hello Sir / Madam

This is regarding khata transfer to pay the property taxes. We had provided Rs15000 to the chairman for the Khata transfer in the month of November 2020 to the secretary and provided all the relevant documents but still now no action or procedure being taken. Since secretary has been transferred nobody knows about the money. We have also submitted the money and documents to the clark who was working with them but she is also specifying she does not know about that now. Is this is the way government official work?
