Build Employment Private Limited — Complaint Against Build Employment Limited for Job Fraud

I have been scammed by Build Employment Limited. The company offered me a job after asking me to pay ?4800 as a processing fee.

I appeared for an interview on 25 February 2026, after which I was told that the amount would be refunded along with my first salary. However, as of 10 April 2026, the company has neither provided me with any job nor returned my money.

The company was located at UG 33, Upper Ground Floor, Kirti Shikhar Building, Janakpuri West, Delhi. I had visited this office earlier, but now the company is no longer present at that location.

The individuals involved include:

HR Sakshi (Contact:[protected], who conducted my interview
Chahat Jethwa, to whom I made the payment
Other team members and helpline staff who are now not responding

All of them have stopped answering calls and messages, which clearly indicates fraudulent activity.

I request strict action against the company and the individuals involved, and I seek a refund of my ?4800 at the earliest.
