Builders in Bhubaneswar, Odisha are so notorious. They do not even care for Govt. Authoroties, BDA Approvals and all and nobody still taking any action against them. This story is about AB Real Home Developers Pvt Ltd. If you talk to the so called directors Anup Chowdhury and Raj Kishore Panigrahy, they will portray themselves as if they are the most gentlemen in this world and as if they do not even know what is cheating.

AB Real Home Developers Pvt Ltd is constructing an apartment in Jagdish Vihar(Shampur Mauza) area in the name of "Real Homes".

They have approval from BDA to construct total 12 flats {Stilt(for parking) + 3 floors(each floor consisting 4 flats)} only. But now they are constructing one more flat on the roof top, which is a mere violation of BDA's plan approval. You will be surprised to know that, they have done it in all their other projects too. What is our LAW? what is BDA's role? GOD only knows.

My Dear LAW makers/Honorable Authorities, Can we common people except some help from you?

Pls do something to put a full stop to this type of violations and help the common man. Thanks in Advance.
