COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING MONEY AS NO CONSTRUCTION BEING DONE at, GREATER NOIDA
I would like to bring everybody notice that I had booked one Studio apartment in Globus Residency and paid almost 100% payment , later come to know that this project is not taking place. I am following up with Mr. O.P. Sharma of ARN Infrastructure, 9, Birla House,Karol Bagh, New Delhi since last more than 10 months but I keep on getting false promises that within week my dues will be cleared which never happened. Now finally I decided to check here if some one else is also following the same issue so that we can form a group and can register a legal case against these people.
