[Resolved]  ASB Developers & Promoters — Plot Booked But not registered by developer

I have purchased ASB developers T V Nagar 04/07/2014 located at Basavanapalya near Tavarekere hobli. No development and no improvements in the layout. Developer Mr. Bhagiratha is not giving good response. Till now I have visited several times to sell the site but nobody is agreeing to purchase the same because of the failure in improvement and development of the layout. ASB staff people are also not giving good response through phone calls and in presence to office. Once I visited there office with Mr. Bhagiratha appointment in exact timeand then he said to come after 4 hours I am outside. This is example and like this they are giving more trouble to us without any improvements. I lossed my hard earned money by investing here as people are saying I have invested more than that day site rate. ASB developers are only for earning money by making foul to others. Really I am unsatisfied in this. They are giving information to tv association but not to other people. Now they are not giving entry to other people who wants to visit site in the layout. They are troubling in other way.
