I am not sure if I can file complaint against my builder. During flat purchasing my builder had told that he would give cover parking at 1,00,000 and open parking would be free. I choose open parking and paid nothing extra .After moving into flat I came to know that builder had sold all open parking space. When I approach to him for open parking but he denied that he had agreed to give me open parking in free. Now there are only two open parking available but builder is not selling it because he has allotted it for two unsold flats. Can you please advise if I can file complaint against builder. Builder — Blockage in Parking
Dear Concern,I am a resident of B-7/27, Sector-15, Rohini, New Delhi-110085. A building is being constructed next to my house and the builder has put all the materials like bricks, cement, rods, woods etc., on the road itself. The whole colony is facing problem due to them. We have also asked them that before going, please make sure that all the materials should be placed on one side so that the other residents should not face any problem. But they don't listen to our problem.
I, on behalf of all the residents of the colony, request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action.
