[Resolved]  Creative Construction Co. — NRI duped -- Fraudulent Registration

"Creative construction Company in Chunabhatti, Mumbai has duped an NRI, a U. S. citizen. A Bombay High Court Advocate , Chandrakant S Sao age 77, with the help of his two sons, has masterminded redevelopment project of an old Sao bungalow in Chunabhatti and misused the Power Of Attorney to swindle his own brother, a U.S. Citizen. The two builders , Mr. Mohan K Kadam and Mr. Umesh M. Waje, voluntarily, and with common interest, participated jointly with him in this commission of fraudulent & criminal activity of swindling Ravikant Sao -- his own brother to approx. Rs. 3 Croes and fraudulently deciphered estimated cash 27 lakhs to his BANK. The High court advocate used his legal know-how not only to harass his own brother, but to use every possible avenue to do false allegations including house break-in and murder charges on his younger U. S. resident brother so that he can give up and leave this country. Now the younger brother has a fear that the advocate has set death warrant on him and will not hesitate to take such a drastic step, for the greed."
