I am writing this notice against the Ds Max Sigma nest project in Electonicity Bangalore Their projects are not under Government construction law; they are not bothering to take a government approval to construct their Apartments. They are selling the projects without any floor plan approval, khata, BMRD approvals and BBMP approvals etc. Before booking your flat please cross verify the legal documents of sigma nest and you see their true colors. But you are free to check with a lawyer who can confirm this in the Bangalore court. Now it is your choice whether to spend there or not. As it relates to others it is noticeable that you are sales guys of Origin. If you are not agreeable take this is as information. If you consider it do your due attentiveness. If you don’t consider it, do not take into your account. There is no hateful purpose behind this as the only purpose is to advise people to do their due carefulness. The rest is up to them. If the legal papers are all in organized what does Origin have to be anxious about?
