Buyers , please don't blindly fall for these people who promise you a hell a lot. We are educated enough, think before you invest in any real estate . They will talk to you as if the price is rising and there are so many people in Q. Actually they simply create a sense o[censored]rgency . Don’t fall in these traps.
Even if you fall for it they will make you bakra. After you finalize a price they will try selling the same flat through some other agent for a better price. Once they get better price they will throw you like a cheap with silly reasons. They don''t even respect you. What matters to them is all money. Don’t fall for these malpractices.
I have written because I faced such problem.
Moreover, you pay more than 1 crore(including interest) for a flat where a basic necessity like Cauvery water is not provided. They will tell you the connection is given but you will never get water once it is sold. Then why to spend so much in a city like Bangalore. Ground water level has reached below 1000 feet, which is not at all potable in most of these areas like RR nagar near BGS. Pay for quality construction with a right builder who lives by his words which is difficult...
