Hi Friends,
Do not buy land or villa in fortune butterfly city, they are big frauds and this is their second layout.
They used to sell this land on Gram Panchayat Layout Rules.
5 Years back my father purchased 1000 sqyds in Furtune Infra (Furtune Butterfly City) on GP Layout.
We got all document and our family flew to Dubai and when we came back we came to know that they changed their Layout and selling this lands again.
When my father went to their office in Jubilee hills, he said he doesn't know us and he called up police and settled this matter with police by paying them some money.
Now many father is totally broke and we are not able to understand what to do.
If you are planning to buy a land or a villa over there, i would suggest you not to buy it.
They got good hold in politics and police, they can do anything.

Thanks for updating this, , People who might need to purchase or those who already purchase it helps . You guys should put all other sites to so that when they do even for single customer they will realize . how much they lose business on a larger vaccum .

Thanks alot for sharing your experience, just now spoke with fortune betterfly sales person to purchase one villa in bongolore, hyd. BUT NOW I DROPPED MY PLAN and even i will suggest my friends to not to invest in such a fraud company.

Butterfly city. I booked a plot and given advance token amount
Rs.300, 000/- (three lack Rupees only ) in august 2013 . at the time mr ramakrishna chary ( chief marketing officer ) told that u r plot ready by this year end . but it is not ready till taday 23.08.2014. and land not approved . regarding i talked mr sriram and vijay kumar . all are reply wait for some time .

Thanks for sharing all information regarding Fortune Butterfly city at Kadthal village.I was there yesterday 16Nov2015 and have seen the latest development of open plots and villas.I had an interaction with Sr Agm Sales and he assured us who ever will book villas, it will be handed over within 8 to 9months.At this point after seeing all such feed back still i am hopeful and expect update from the people who have taken villas or plots in recent past.Also those are already staying over there what's are the positive and negative side of the place as per the current situation.I appreciate your response.

Recently 4 months back i visited Fortune Butter fly city to buy land of 500 sq yards in NRI Town ship. Because of some money problem I am unable to buy it or unable to pay advance for them. Again Now approached them to pay some advance for that but they are saying price increased another Rs 700 per sq yard. If go and visit there is not changes in site. By seeing above reviews and complains, i am not planning to buy a plot in Fortune Butter fly city.

HI All, I bought land under NRI II township and paid 18lakhs, but at the time of registration they claimed that i paid only 5 lakhs 85, 000. I would like to take an action if they don't fix the issue. You can never trust what these guys say. They are smooth talkers. It is very unethical company in my view.
By seeing the above negative reviews, i have stopped to buy the property
I approached them to buy a plot. We finalized the plot and price. When it came to purchasing it their sale deed format, it did not mention anything about amenities or timeline. When I asked to include them, they said they will give a separate agreement. I am fine with the agreement but asked to include a timeline. Initially, they said the project will be done by July 2017 but when insisted on putting on paper their senior management said it will be complete by Dec 2018. I asked them to take 1 year as a buffer and put Dec 2019 date. They did not agree to put any date in agreement (after discussing with their chairman). On their website chairman's message page they mentioned - "his ideology is focussed entirely on delivering the highest quality of work on time". Since they don't want to put any timeline on paper, I felt what they are saying is not matching with their actions. So we backed off purchasing from them.
The residential plots sale in kadthal is a fraud.It is a big scam.I am a native of kadthal now settled in hyderabad.Real estate brokers and local political leaders have converted agricultural land unfit for residential purposes to plots without permission.These are not approved layouts.They have no amenities.Agricultural land which costed 1 lakh rupees per acre 10-12 years back is now being sold at 1.5-2 crores.These plots are useless.None can build houses on them.Do not buy these plots.People are being cheated of their hard-earned money.

Before meeting a sales representative, be ready with following questions..
1) Ask them for a customer who has under gone registration process recently? (check the proofs)
2) Ask the sales person, for the customer, who received the loan on the plots.
Don't be fools since you have money..!! Be strong when you debate on the plot history.

I recently given advance for the 500 sq yd Rs 60k, and sales Manager saying that they layout and everything will be completed by the year 2018, but as of now I am not seeing any work progress properly.
Can somebody suggest me should I pay full amount and go for the registration?
if yes what are documents I need to check ?
if any problems occurs whom should I approach ?

I have planing to buy the plot and given the 7.4L advance. Is it right decision to invest money with Fortune Butter fly city. While seeing the above complaints I am very much afraid, please suggest me on this.
I have booked my plot in Jan 2016 in NRI Township 3. They told within 3 months, they will complete all registration process. I have paid advance of 4 lakh rupees. Now March 2019, still registration not completed. They are keep on saying layout approval not received on this, wait for 6 months. They are saying this word from last 3 years. Please dont buy any plot here. They are real big cheaters.
Dont Buy Plots from Fraudster Challa Babu. He was Ex AGM from Fortune Butterfly City and looted much money from different customers and their team members. Initially he cheats with his nice words by asking customers to pay Rs 100000 as booking amount after that we can see his real face.

I recently visited Fortune Butterfly city, development going very slow.
I selected NRI 4 extension plot to buy. I am looking for feedback from someone who already bought the plot.
Sales person saying, there is a pharma city coming near to butterfly city.
Can we check land details before paying advance?
I am not able to get confidence to buy the plot on Butterfly city.
