Anybody is thinking of buying House with Karunya Buildings Builder. Think 100 times before you buy as this builder is worst in Madurai.

Owner Name is Senthil Kumar.

They will never complete project and hand over.

They will start jumping to another Project before completion of existing.

There is no one Responsible to talk.

KARUNYA BUILDINGS is one of the well known fraud concern in Madurai. These People wont complete the project . If you want to confirm go and ask people in Avaniyapuram RMS nagar project - நாசமா போச்சு .

காருண்யா சிட்டினய நம்பாதே...,

No use even after complaining to concern department officials too...
