[Resolved]  M/s Assesn Pvt. Ltd (Earlier Called Surrendra Industries) — Illegal development of land

I am resident of Majiwada village and have come to know that M/S Assen Pvt. Ltd (earlier called M/S Surrendra Industries) is planning to make something on their land probably some kind of residential society. Sir, I have been living in Thane for almost 55 years now and am sure that this land is in some kind of dispute. It has lot of court cases on it and cannot be sold or developed without the permission of the court. I want somebody to take some action and stop converting this land into a kind of residential or commercial property else the person who will purchase this land for development will be fooled by Assen Pvt. Ltd.
