I HAD BOOKED 2 ONE BHK FLAT IN 2010 WITH THIS BUILDER IN SECTOR 2 IN BUILDING C 1 .NOW AFTER 4 YRS LONG PERIOD, I GOT A CALL FROM THEM SAYING THEY ARE NO MORE CONSTRUCTING MY PROMISED FLAT AND OTHER REMAINING SECTOR AS THEY ARE SCRAPING THE REST OF PROJECT AND THE WOULD BE GIVING THE BOOKING AMOUNT RETURN WITH 12% INTEREST .
NOW I AM FEELING MY SELF ROBBED, THIS BUILDERS ARE BIG FRAUD DO NOT BUY PROPERTY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE NEVER BE GOING TO GIVE HAND OVER OF THE PROPERTY TO YOU.

Today I also visited the site. Neptune builders have called some people and told them that they cant deliver the homes to sector 2 people as they didn't have environment clearance from Delhi.
They said, ''Neptune will refund the token amount with 12% of interest amount. Also not ready to intimate same on their letter head when asked for.
They have constructed road till the site location from ambivali station on 9 th feb 2014..so main huddle is passed now.
Now government gives them permission for road, sector 1 and sector 4 too...except sector 2.
They seemed to be very confident that no one can do anything to them, so big chances of settlement at higher levels.
Anyone one o[censored]s have guts to bring stay order on this project.

We have to take some action against them, We go to consumer court, dont take money back untill and unless they give in written that they will not construct any project in sec 2 and if they construct in future they will allot flat to us in the rate which we booked before.
They will refund money us saying that no kdmc approval and afterwards construct tower over there. They are making fool to us. Nothing else.

I request every one to share their Email ID or contact No. so that we can execute further course of action regarding to Sector - 2C and 2D fraud . Kishor -[protected], Sachin:[protected] & Bhupendra: [protected]. If we will go as group of 50-100 then law will definitely listen our point genuinely.

I have booked in Neptune Swarajya Sector-II D, now the builder Neptune group suddenly telling to take money project is cancelled, how come can happen after long period suddenly such action from such reputed builder. Please joint your hands for action for such cheating by the builder.
