[Resolved]  Nirala Developers 'Nirala Estate' — Change in payment plan, delay in allotment letter, 5% payment before agreement processing

Hi,
I have booked a flat in 'Nirala Estate', in Noida Extansion. For booking I have given 10% amount as per their calculation and booked the flat.
Now, I aksed for AgreementAllotment letter as I need it for the loan processing. After many visits to their office for providing multiple documents they somehow agreed to make the agreement.
Now, when the agreement got completed, I found that there was mismatch in the payment plan which was there in the booking form and the payment plan they mentioned in the agreement letter. I have asked them to change as its not which I agreed upon during the booking. But they refused to change it, and finally I only have to compromise on the same payment plan after getting assurance to get some grace period for my next payment.
Further, today when I asked for my agreement they started saying that I have to pay 5% amount then only agreement would be completed. As I have to get loan from bank only, I am unable to give any payment.
Also, they dont have any proper explanation of any thing done by them. I wonder if they are doing this much for agreement only what they gonna do after that. I think I have done a big mistake booking a flat in Nirala.

Can someone please help me on this.
