Hi, I booked a flat with Ramprashta Primera in Gurgaon under prelaunch offer in December 2012 and paid 10% (918000/-) of total cost. I was not informed about any terms and condition, just a copy of booking form and my payment cheque was given to me as a proof of booking. I was told by Ramprashta that terms and conditions and allotment letter will be provided after project launch ad hence there will be further payment plan. I agreed to it. they delayed the launch by three months and finally launched their project in May 2013, because I have no communication after booking. When I heard about launch, I asked for allotment letter so that I can go through the documents and further loan process. Ramprashta agent Ashish refused to Show me any legal documents about launch or provide allotment letter, but he demanded further 20% and then to go for Allotment. I insisted for allotment as I felt that without looking at allotment letter and checking terms, I didn't want to give more money to it. They said that in that case I should get my booking cancelled but they are not going to give me allotment letter without additional 20 %. This conversation didn't satisfy the safety of my investment so I said, better cancel and refund my money. Ashish said he will forfeit 10% of total booking amount which I disagreed as nowhere it is mentioned on the booking form that 10% will be forfeited. Later he agreed to refund my money in full and gave 45 TAT for refund. It has been over 45 days and I have not received any response from Ramprashta or Ashish. Ashish asked me to write an email for refund request for a valid proof but he never replied to my email even after talking to him over the phone. Now when I tried to contact Ashish he says I will call you in sometime, half an hour, after reaching office etc. I feel that its a fraud project just to gain money and no progress has been made to my refund.
