Dear Sir / Madam
I, Ramendra B Pankaj Currently residing at Ghansoli , Navi Mumbai have booked a one BHK flat in ambitious project “Shivnath Habitat” near Shilphata in the month of March’2011 with a dream of owning a small place of our own to live further in the city. I have paid as agreed initial 20 % amount of booked flat cost and balance planned to pay out through Bank home loan as per schedule Unfortunately, I lost my job due to closure of my company in the month of July’2011 and simultaneously got further setback with my parent severe health issues lead me in deep trouble which extends upto approx 9 months. During the period I was under tremendous pressure to look after my family and sick old age parents together with search for a new job to sustain further and comply on the commitments on booked flat at your site. Owing to job loss , I could not able to pursue my home loan during the period. However, I was constantly in touch with builder and kept on updating my personal situation and my commitment to fulfill required payment in due course as soon as I will be join new company. After joining new company in the month of March’2012 and then further having salary credit in my bank account for at least 5-6 months for getting home loan sanctioned, I applied for bank loan and same I got in the month of October’2012 which I have immediately forwarded to builder for further needful on priority. From that day we are in constant follow up with builder concern person (Mr Mihir Dhruv - [protected]) through personal visits, calls and emails to confirm further needful and to clear our balance payment through home loan and complete the formalities, but to sorry to say I am still in the same situation even further worst then to earlier one .
I am ready to pay interest cost as per agreed and mentioned terms in the demand letter due to delay in paying due amount as on my first request date of forwarding of my loan sanction letter. Builder is NOT ready to do the registration and agreement and asking to pay appreciation amount ie Rs. 600/- per sqft in cash (Black Money).
I am suffering from mental trauma because of this lingering issue with no resolution and conclusion till date At last, I have been lodging a complaint at your end as last resort to get help in owning a dream small place for me in the city which I together with my family have dreamt almost 18 months back through booking a flat.
Sir/Madam, need your help in realising our dream and closure of the lingering issue on priority basis. Plz revert for further any information /needful from my end.
