Hi I am commenting about the Sri Sai Developers Bangalore.I last year booked one flat from their Sri Sai Paradise project. The location was good and they elevation of the project was excellent. While booking they told us, if the property documents are not lawful then they could return the booking amount within 7 days of time. when my lawyer cross checked the documents and advised not buy a property from this owner. Then we emailed the cancellation letter to their Sai Paradise stating that the property was not lawful, so we are canceling the flat & please refund our booking amount. There after no response from them, we went to there office and met the concern person. He told us that they will give us post date cheque. When we dropped the cheque there was no money to transfer from their account. Now and then the keep doing like this. Plse help us to come out of this trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is pertinent to mention here that Mr. Manisha who had booked one Plot from our Sai Paradise Project which was commenced during the year 2011 and entire project was closed during the year 2013 . In this behalf we had furnished all the legal documents as sought by you and in spite of it for the reasons best known to you you had cancelled the booking of Plot. As per our Company Policy such persons who had booked plot in our project being not satisfied shall be immediately refunded the booking amount. In your case also your amount towards booking of Plot has been refunded and in spite of it you have written a wrong review which is bad in the eye of law. In view of your account having been full and finally settled, you are hereby called upon to remove the review forth.
