Bulkmm Myshopify — Didn't received the order for about a week and no updation on that

I have ordered 1 hoodies on 13th June 2021 from bulkmm myshopify. They just sent an confirnation message at the time of order mentioning that they will send next message informing about order delivery. But it has been a week of ordering and still I have not received any updates. They get there payments online(paytm) from customers so i did and now they are neither responding to any messages that I have send nor they are sending any update about my order delivery. I hope to get refund on my order. This bulkmm myshopify is a totally fraud site.And I need my money back
