Bull It Services Llc — cheated by giving offer as bdm

Hi I am Ayesha Siddiqua(Kalyani Bigga certificate name) This Bull IT Academy they have changed name as Bull IT Services LLC To do US IT Staffing Business they offereHd offer as BDM On March 17th HR Lead Manikandan has said to me that His CEO Is busy to take interview meanwhile delivery Manager Dinesh will take interview so dinesh took my interview just he asked what is your plans to bring new clients... then next day Manikandan called he said Conecting call to CEO But one lady Raaji spoke with me.i asked her are you Hr Manager or Account Manager she said both..so i said them as i am giving comitment to you then i can not give comitment to any other company as i can join immediately they decided to join on March 23rd 2020... again they said will postpond due to Lockdown so you can join on April 1st 2020... as they said on that i got only official email id, , wanted to know about company staff and how many managers and how many recuriters are working and how many teams are there ... as hr said reporting manager is Dinesh... so i attend call with dinesh just he asked same thing that what is your plan to bring clients send me email thats it... then he took time to alllocate my desk no for three days..as i got desk no i updated my proifle on linkedin like i am working with so and so company..immediately who has to join from noida in next friend he wanted to check with me about company wheather they are paying salary or not before joiing with the company i have seen coments about company but i thought that is Domestic IT Recruitment ..not US IT Staffing ..so this management that management will be different i took in positive way and wanted to move on... when i came to know another BDM Also joing as i got doubt that starting onwards only they ware asked me what is my plans to get clients only one question and no response from delivery manager whether i am working or not (as i was working remote)... then next day another BDM Also got contracted me through linkedin as he flet blank about this company, ...he also joined on april 1st 2020 so we discussed about company we thought startup compnay who are there they dont have that much exprience in US IT Staffing.. we dicedied to talk with comapny CEO..As my client also wanted to have disucssion with CEO To do his plan with this company... untill they schedule call with CEO we decided that should not share requriements as we loose client realationship..some how thrid day i shared one requreiemnt from client ... as we were forcing to dinesh to shcedule call with CEO... Dinesh said that CEO went to bangladesh ( in this lockdown time) so immidiately he sared on tracker to send client dateils with personal number... i asked him to have call i have to discuss something then i can fill the tracker.. As we use Out look..but we will have web email also we are not getting email very late ..so when we have logged in webmail there we got messgae that emails forwarded option is in active and dinesh official email id [protected]@bullitservices.com added.which means what ever emails i am getting and sending all emails going to dinesh email id... so i and another BDM Decided that ok will continue this month one CEO Come into conference call directly we will discuss we want to bring business to the company we can not change so many company what are the problms are there we wanted to sort out but no...immideatly next day Raaji (HR/Account Manager ) sent termination latter to me and another BDM as well.. as she mentioned we dint provide any client details so we are terminating you... as they have planned to take client detials form our side and after one month they wanted to termintate that what they mentioned probationary period is one month...after that i spoke with HR Lead Manikandan he said will discuss with raaji and let you know there after no one is repsoning to our calls.. at that time also we have given optinon that in this time you people gave offer and wanted to missuse client details now terminated so as you people commited monthly salary we want monthly salary otherwise if you want to work genuinely then we are ready to work ...so now Bull it servies LLC Mangement CEO Priya/Shiva Snakar, Delivery Manager Dinesh, HR Manager /Account Manager Raaji, HR Lead Manikandan you people have to pay my one month salary because of you people i lost my salary
