I purchased a solar water heater from m/s bunt solar india pvt ltd (www.buntsolar.com) in early 2017 for rs 50, 000.
Within six months of purchase, a safety release valve became defective. I contacted their local representative in vijayawada for replacement of the valve several times. There was no response.
Three months ago the heater started leaking water due to manufacturing defect in a pipe. Since this is a non-standard item, i can get the replacement spare only from the company.
However, the company does not respond to phone calls, emails for repair (With payment). The company does not give any kind of response at all.
Because of lack of after sales service from the company, i am left with a rs 50000 worth of junk in the form of a bunt solar water heater. Was this information helpful? |
