[Resolved] eMudhra Consumer Services Ltd. — i haven't found pan card till now....... | |||
I am Shailendra Kumar Singh from jadavpur university, i have applied for the pan card on 14/02/13 in the company. PAN Services eMudhra Consumer Services Ltd, Sai Arcade, 3rd Floor, No.56 Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli, Bangalore - 560103 After apply in the company for the pan card i was waiting for the pan card but i haven't got then i contact to this company then they told me that your signature and residential proof is not enough then they suggested me that for opening the account and i have done like this and i have send all documents in correct form . after completion of all necessary formalities i was waiting for the pan card but i haven't got then i again contacted then they reply me that your pan card is reprocessing. Now when i am contacting then they reply me that signature error and documents problem despite sending three times documents in corrected form i.e they have really harasses me both timely(8 month) and economically (199rs pan card fees+37*3 rs speed post+500s bank account ). my email id=[protected]@gmail.com applicant name =shailendra kumar singh apply date for pan card-=14/02/13 coupon number=[protected] please kindly take the strong action against this company .thank you very much for consideration of my complain. If it is a fraud site then why our govt. is not taking any action?
Hi,
I have applied online for PAN card service and next day itself I requested them to cancel the service and asked for refund.
But they purposely communicated slowly made time pass for three days and responded with below details.

eMaudhra is number one cheating company and please dont go for that.

As per the Online tool - I have couriered all the necessary details and got the delivery confirmation from Vendor ( Blue Dart who even took the signature of associate named Prashant ), however emudhra team has denied for one week..

Post delayed revert eMudhra says address proof was wrong - I have shared spouse passport which was selected on Online tool, but there was no timely revert from the Emudhra.
The call centre associate are EXTREMELY RUDE and don't even HEAR forget Listening to customer..
I have tried close to 63 times on [protected] but always had an extremely frustrating experience ( Arun - Customer Associate ).. They promise to arrange a call back from manager but no revert till date..
Seems like this is a FRAUD company who charge double 221 + Courier charges to beared by customer + PAIN in getting the PAN card.
I hope Government authorities sometimes read the feedback from Honest Customer and make eMUDHRA MEND their ways with Disciplined Service and Timely Delivery.
I would NEVER EVER in my LIFE recommend eMudhra to anyone..

Very bad service, they dont keep track of the application/process, i had applied for name change in PAN card, its been 2 months they are still asking me to submit same documents again and again, Its Expensive and time waste! Its better if we manually go for some agent and do it than these organisation

I had processed for filled-up the PAN card application by two times but did not complete even one time. And 210 INR deducted from my account. So please refund my amount as soon as possible.
Below given reference at that time I did not receive.
