Maxpro Marketters Pvt Ltd – Beware of Fraud MLM Companies

Maxpro Marketters Pvt Ltd is an Investment company started in Chennai, which promised to give 20% returns on every month, untill 6 months of the investment amount. For Example, If a person invests Rs. 10000, he will get a return of Rs. 2000 per month untill 6 months and at the end of the 6th month, the investor will get the total investment amount, ie. (Rs. 10000). I have invested more than 4 Lakhs in this company, since they gave the returns properly in the beginning. And after some 2 months they stopped providing return amount. And they are now not ready to atleast return the principle amount.
They are saying that the account is locked and they are unable to process the amount. And They are not at all giving proper reasons for the payments. It ‘s more than 7 months time now, I got only 10% of my investment amount so far. And for the remaining amount, they are not ready to either withdraw the amount or provide the payments as they promised. Now I am in a helpless situation.
And they don’t have a standard office location or a person to contact with. The only contact person is PA of the MD, Murugadoss and he says a week after a week, that the amount will get settled, but he has also escaped from his house.
The MD Shanmuga sundaram scares people that he will kill them, if they are placing any complaints against him.
It’s too late, by the time, when I realized that it is the Fraud company.

Please somebody suggest me, on this. How to take action against this Fraud company.
