Our family owns two apartments in Mahaveer Marvel (151 A and 148 A). I am now planning to buy another 3 BHK apartment in Mahaveer Laurel. My son visited Mahaveer Laurel last week and had discussions with Mr. Mahendra, sales executive at the site office. Selected Apartment No. 121 A in the Mahaveer Laurel in the presence of Mr. Mahendra who agreed with the selection. Members of my family visited the apartment 121 A three times when also Mr. Mahendra accompanied them and even I got schedule for payment in writing in which also the apartment number (121 A) is mentioned.
When I went to pay the advance booking, Then suddenly he is told that apartment 121 A of Mahaveer Laurels is reserved for the landlord and hence not available to us.
It is highly disgraceful that staffs on your sales department are playing tricks with customers. As if think customers are fools. If apartment 121 A is reserved otherwise, that fact should be available in your database and this situation would not arise. A list of apartments available was presented to us by Mr. Mahendra in which also 121A is shown as available.
This is evidently a case of pretext where you show us one apartment and then entice to sell another one. It is unbecoming of the prestigious Mahaveer group that has proven record of trustworthy service . This unfortunate incidence and the callous attitude of your sales personnel definitely ruin your future business and this is a beginning ,I would appreciate my friends ; think twice before making a deal with mahaveer groups, because things can go on a toes at last .
