I too had very bad experience. They treat you like royalty till everything including payment is done then nothing for 3 months now. They have stopped responding to mails also. Either very incompetent or fraudulent company. Wish I could give -ve star rating.

It is definitely a fraudulent company. Until I paid through PayPal, I got prompt responses from someone named Prachi. Once I submitted the forms, there were no updates. It has been over 5 months now. I tried calling all their numbers, sent emails but no response. It is a scam.

Do not waste your money.

It is a scam. All their phone numbers don't work. They do not reply after they receive your payment.

They are completely fraud company. Once they receive payment, they don't respond any more. They neither reply emails, nether their phone number works. I have to start my pan application again.

Beware of NRI INVEST INDIA. They are a 100% scam. Since, I have prepaid the entire amount to get a PAN card for my wife, they are not bothering to respond. All my emails to one Prachi Gupta and complaints through their website drew a blank. They collect the money and then try to wear out the applicant until they are able to gobble up the money. A police complaint and highlighting on TV channels that take up consumer issues is in order.

I tried to get Business PAN number through NRI . Once Prachi acknowledge first payment - another $100 need for a business application. Then he sent an form to be filled out. Then No reply to e-mails sent. So I gave up, complained to PayPal and got money refunded. Once I called India embassy - commercial attaché office - I got results. I filled out forms, got documents apostilled, paid with credit card, uploaded electronically, and got my PAN 5 days later.

I got my pan card from nriinvestindia.com with no problems.
I was trying to find their link on google so that I could fwd it to my friend and saw this complaint thread.
Well, I do not agree with what all you have written.
They are a decent company and I know the owner too; he assisted me back in 2008 with setting up a demat account in India.
Very reliable firm, run by a NRI himself.
Am sure you had some problems with your documents, or you simply panicked reading these complaint boards; where I think most of the posts are fake and posted by their competitors.

It is scam. Apply for pan card directly, it is easier and quicker.
They are a total waste of money and time.
I hate to be scammed, I work hard for money and these Bas*ards laugh at us.

I applied 4 months ago; money paid 4 months ago.
NSDL, Pune acknowleged the application, then after two weeks asked for debiting date from my a/c.
Submitted with bank letter & statment. Then they kept mum.
NO one replies, phone hardly any one attends to. Last week a lady called Prahnya from NSDL, Pune kept me hold on phone for more than 35 minutes. Then she asked for another banker cheque as she claims no DD received.
No one replies e-mails. MY bank is not ready to help further. The bank is not replying to my e-mails & phones. My phone is blocked.
I am NRI, no site to complain. any one please help.
