Whether Ritesh cheated Aditya or not can not be decided one sided through his complaint in which he didn't furnished much details about the whole episode and there seems to be a lot more issues than those stated here.
Whether its a database fee or Consultancy fee or Upfront amount, all those non voice projects were run on these factors only. With out such fees no one would provide any project to any center because they pay the billing from the amount collected through this way only.
If you (Aditya) believe that there is no fault on your part, then you would have been shared your output here for members review. Its a fact that a lot of centers get regular billing and few other centers might being terminated in the first month itself. The reason is simple. New and start up centers doesn't how to complete a project with accuracy. When their center terminated they usually start complain. You are saying that this work can not be completed with in the TAT and even if completed there will be accuracy issues. This clearly states that you are not a pro, you don't have expertize in handling non voice bpo projects. In practical there will be nothing like that impossible. How can you expect some pay you those fancy figures when you fail to maintain the accuracy levels.
It seems if Ritesh continues your center even if you do not complete the whole project in time and pay you full bill even if your work isn't accurate, then Ritesh would be a honest person.
Think practical. No one would ever force you to pay those huge upfornt amounts, and take a project from them. Usually, before paying anything or taking a final decision, there will be a lot of consultation from the center's side, clear what ever the doubts by visiting the reference centers personally, and then only hoping to earn several lakhs of rupees every month, they would come forward to pay. When they don't get anything in return, its not at all a fraud by the outsourcing person.
If you don't agree with me, send me your project work and I will show you how to deal with it and see yourself how we can complete the project with in a few days.
Otherwise, blame your innocence and better to stop posting such complaints. Paying Rs.2, 40, 000 in a cafe isn't looks like the most ridiculous thing to you?

Mr, Raj, I really like your message. You state the message very clearly. I done a big mistake while dealing with these bunch of jerks. They don't have any idea how to deal or what they posting. I can share the report which we get from the client. Even my advocate send them the notice for publishing these stupid comments on net. They broke the terms of NDA, even they do lots of things.
Mr. Aditya and Uday Sarkar, i really appreciate your efforts and making a fool of yourself. For your kind of information, I never met you in cafe and all. I booked the hotel for you, instead I told you to visit my office but you and your brother we more interested to visit Delhi. I never deal like a like you. I have all your email and recording which my advocate show you in court. If you think that you wont revert the copy of the documents then we can't do anything. I have your bounced cheque also. So stop blaming me anymore and posting that I took 2 lac from you. If you have valid proofs then face me in cyber cell. Thanks...

First of my friend my name is Ritesh Chauhan. Please type the name correctly. I think by doing these kind of silly and useless efforts you can ruin my reputation. My lawyer had send you the notice for this cheap stunt, kindly have a look on that when you receive it. I am into this industry for the past 4 years and everyone who is dealing with me knows that I don't take single penny in name o[censored]pfront, consultancy or any hidden charges. I show all the document whatever required and go legally. I never force anyone to took the process or visit my office. If I am doing a scam then why there is no single posting or complaint against me. Why still people are working with my organization. I tell you why because they are doing work not wasting their time. They getting their billings on time and following our instructions. They do hard work and they are not dump- like you who don't know how to shoot a proper mail even. Thanks for you posting mate, even now everyone will came to know that how dump you are.
You know what, I hesitate to outsource my process because when somebody fails in these non voice process, they only blame the client. They never see what kind of blunder mistake they had done. My technical person had send you the reports, so why are you posting such kind of matter. If you have any issue you can came down to my office or mail me your issue, I will revert you back. But you won't do that because you know that you had failed and you had noting to do. So by posting this kind of stuff you are just taking out your anger.
I completely understand your situation and saw your frustration when you called me. Believe me, this will lead to nothing because you have nothing to proof. I had provide you the work but you failed to achieve the accuracy and that's is not my fault. In the agreement it is clearly mention that below 95%, rework is allotted to complete the work. As per mine knowledge your accuracy is 60% and the criteria for rework is 85% but still as a friend and a well-wisher I help you out and provide you rework as per your request. After doing rework you achieve 68% and the criteria is 95%, my friend. Buddy, no one will pay you for doing mistaken/wrong work. I thought your uncle is experience person but it seems in his conversion when he demand me 60k for removing this post and harassing me over phone. No issue, I don't care... now you have to worry not me because you choose wrong path not me.
I had all proof to show and to face you in court. As per agreement you failed not me. Everyone knows that in B.P.O industry accuracy matters and hard work is necessary not buttering. No one will give you his harden money for these kind of work. Go and learn some sense of doing business. By posting this you prove that how big loser you are!
Mate, its better you again start your Software Solution/Tech support process in which you are fooling US people and cheating them. You are a fraud not me and you are not meant for this business!!!
