Unit Trust of India — Haven't got maturity amount

I have taken UTI Children growth fund certificate number [protected] (No. o[censored]nit - 500). And after maturity i am not able to get the maturity amount. Please do the needful, i have already logged complain here also. complaint number is Complaint #191891: Unit Trust Of India
