Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — Duplicate NOC tool more than 2 months to process

I have applied for a duplicate NOC. I paid the amount for the same on 31st March 2023(Ref numb for the transaction is N[protected]. ).I have shared my Aadhar to send the NOC. When I called customer care they told me it's a different process to update the address it will take a month. after that, I need to call them to give a request again. I don't know what exactly they try to do. Kindly take action on the same.
