My loan account number is tw610inr00852819. I want to defer my emi for this month as well as next months. As per rbi directive want to avail moratorium but no link available for the moratorium on bussan auto finance website. And per conversation with representative i have asked for the moratorium. Hello i'm ajithkumar
i was purchased yamaha r15 in 2019 with downpayment 40, 000 and loan proccesed by bussan auto finance the tennure of 30 month's, when covid issue time 5months payment not accepted by bussan auto finance due as per rbi notice, now they are increased tennure to 40months.and i didn't take any moratorium policy. It comes around 30000 rupess to pay extra amount If call the customer care they didn't response properly.
