[Resolved]  Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — Harassment by collection department and using abusive language

I am getting harrasment by collection department and they are using abusive language with customer, my all EMI cleared but have 2 old emi pending, I told them I need appolozie latter from collection department then only I will clear EMI but they are very rude and told you do complaint wherever you want.
