I am JIKMI TAMANG have taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2018 and finished paying all the dues in 2020 but still I have not received NOC. Trying to reach you but no response from your customer care and also the office is been shifted without any intimation which is really not fair. Please arrange to issue the same immediately.Loan no is TW107INR00722559.

Thank you for writing to BAF India.
We would like to inform you that as on date your 2 future EMI’s are remaining including moratorium interest and your last EMI due date is on 8th Mar'22. You can apply for your NOC after completion of your loan.
Also, your Jan’22 EMI is under presentation as we have not received payment (clearance/rejection) status from bank end.
