Hello i'm dinesh
i was purchased yamaha r15 in 2019 with downpayment 50, 000 and loan proccesed by bussan auto finance the tennure of 36 month's, when covid issue time 5months payment not accepted by bussan auto finance due as per rbi notice, now they are increased tennure to 46months (5575x46=2, 56, 450/rs)
the downpayment paid 50, 000
loan proccesed by bussan auto finnace 1, 45, 000x12.75% intrest
the agriment done as per tennure (5575x36=2, 00, 700)
now i need to pay 55, 750extra for 5months delay of payment
but they extended 10months extra tennure

kindly take action...
