I am writing this on behalf of Govind Gairav who purchased a scooty yamaha Rayz having registraiom number DL10ST9196 from Bussan Auto Finance Pvt ltd on 23 September 2017 with application nuber DL230625X5372507.

Govind Gaurav is in need of an Noc for his scooty so that he can sell it to someone. Please update about the procedure to get NOC
