I am getting repeated calls from agent for the pending payment - I have requested them to know which month EMI is pending so that I can pay off that.
Agent from call - [protected] - Pallavi is troubling me calling early morning before 7 am and disturbing me very badly, also insisting me in unprofessional matter saying - I am a bad customer.
This incident is repeating daily from August 1st to till date - But my EMI date is due on every month 8th.
Note - Agent do not know the process of your SOP and handling customer - She do not know how to check the pending details but shouting on customer.
