Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — till date not received the noc of my two wheeler

I have paid all my dues on 15/11/2018 to agent - nikil fadte agency wings with the receipt no. Mh[protected] and was told that the noc will be mailed to post within a month but till date that is 22/05/2019 i haven't received any documents from the company... Even after calling the customer service i was not attended in a good manner...
