Sub : unprofessional behaviour for bike loan payment
On wednesday 2nd of october the manager made four continuous calls to my wife's mobile.. She was at work so cudnt pick the call.. Now what he has to do? He's supposed to send a formal message that the bike payment is on due for this date or should he call from four different unknown numbers and put her in trouble during work time? Yes, these so called collection agents who behaved like cheap harassers did the second.. Is this the right way to deal with a customer?
We are very much disturbed due to their unethical behaviour now lodging a complaint on these numbers who are responsible for this issue.. Given below are those numbers,
