Busy Bee Infosystems Private Limited — refundable amount not received and company email not working and company mobile switched off

I paid rs. 20, 000 and joined plan iii which will be refunded after 1 month as according to mentioned in the company website. I received work assignment and 1 month time was given for completion. I completed the assignment but i am not able to send the assignment due to error in company email. I am receiving a message "email delivery failed due to over storage". Company number also switched off from last 1 month (From february 2019). Please solve my issue.
