On July 28, 2022, I booked a flat cleaning service at Busy Bucket Services, Chandigarh through their company’s executive, paying Rs. 3500 for the deep cleaning of my 1 BHK apartment. The company representatives came and cleaned my flat in 3-4 hours, but because I moved into the apartment the same day, I didn't know all of the hooks and corners of my flat. After they left, I inspected my flat and discovered that they had not cleaned most of the corners of my flat and had not even cleaned the kitchen properly. In my kitchens section, I discovered that 5-6 mice were residing, making my kitchen very stinky and dirty, and the team of Busy Bucket Services had not taken any initiative to clean the area where mice were residing. To be frank they did a basic cleaning of my flat which a maid can do within 200-300 Rs but Busy Bucket charged me Rs. 3500 and they call themselves professional!.
The very next day I called customer service and explained the entire scenario, and the company’s representative told me that, they would look into the matter and will send their team to clean my kitchen again under their "DO IT AGAIN POLICY, " but their cleaning team never showed up since 20+ days, and every time I called their customer service, they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow with excuses.
Today, on 23 August, they blocked my number and now I am not able to reach them at all, It's very unprofessional to see a company leaving their customers in trouble and later they blocked me. They wasted my time, they scammed my money, they gave a lot of mental trouble too. Was this information helpful? |
