I regret to lodge the complain that your butterfly grinder Model-Jullp Make-Butterfly purchased on 2/12/2020 from Power Zone Sahidnagar Bhubaneswar is out of order.Your authorized repairer Mr Mandal is not responding to us.On first complain after several reminder visited our house.I am facing problem for several days .Please ask your authorized service agent to attend our complain immediately for repair of grinder which is in default condition for last 15 days.Please treat this matter most urgent.
