I would like to give feedback on ButterStone river valley resort service during my visit on 1st May’15, want to highlight few negative facts.
• The resort has very limited cottages & rooms, It was not informed me during resort booking that they have provided rooms / cottages for only bachelors & we are the only family.
• There is no mobile network available even if we want to call someone on emergency
• No TV available in our room(if family want to relax at room & watch some program for time pass), whereas TV was provided to very next room where bachelors staying
• All the boys were drunk (bachelors who were staying) & playing outside our room ( How can our family come out of the room & enjoy the nature in such situation )
• Basic requirement like soap & towels are not provided
• In Such a big resort, they have very small water tank, so called swimming pool, no privacy for females who like to play in water with kids
I tried to contact the owner (Mr. Harish & Channakeshava) to inform that we are not going to stay in that resort, but no mobile network. So am forced to move out from that resort with my family immediately.
I have written a mail to resort owner at [protected]@butterstonerivervalley.com to refund the booking amount of Rs. 2000/- paid in advance, but no response. I have also asked to deduct Rs.500 (since it was afternoon we reached the resort, so had lunch before leaving)
Totally am very much disappointed with the resort service, it was not at all as expected & as mentioned in website. Was this information helpful? |
