Buypurifier.com — Paid for AMC but no one responding for fix the problem

Hi there,

I am bhumesh gupta, r/o ireo uptown, d506, sector-66, off. Golf course extn. Road, gurgaon -122002, was looking for an amc for my kent+ water purifier.
Through internet i came to know about buypurifier.com, address - 180 a, near jyoti hospital, jharsa road, gurugram, haryana 122001 and contacted them for amc.
On december 30th, 2016, their technician name sameer, contact no 91-[protected] had visited to my home and inspected the water purifier and we signed the contact for a year from dec 30, 2016 – dec 29, 2017, including three free services, with all parts cover warranty. For this contract i paid him rs. 1800/- in cash to mr. Sameer. (Attached amc and amount paid receipt).
Later i came to know that during his inspection buypurifier.com technician had disabled below functions, when i called them on their customer support no 91 [protected] also owner (Gaurav/sachin at 91 [protected]), they said will send someone to fix but surprisingly since than after so many of calls/email and whatsapp complain no one has visited and now they are even not picking the phone and not responding on emails/whatsapps complains.
1. Disabled uv hence getting drinking water with germs.
2. Disabled auto cut on purifier storage fill-up, hence causing water over flow every time.
3. Disabled filter change alarm hence even though water is not purified not getting any alert.
This is clearly shows the intention of buypurifier.com owners (Gaurav/sachin) that how they extract the money from the customers and enjoy without providing any service to them. This is clearly a case of cheating.
After waiting for two whole months when didn’t get any response from them i am now raising this complain for your kind attention to help me get the amc amount refund and penalized them so that they will not go into this bad practice for other customer also.
