I placed order No 335824 on 04 Aug 2022 and mailed and called them immediately to cancel my order. They cancelled my order and asked your refund will be by this evening. I didn’t get any order cancellation mail or message and didn’t get refund also. They are looking totally fraudulent . This not matter of money but they are cheating for patient’s medicines. They should be stopped....

On July 26, 2022, I placed an order for medicines on 24hourcare.in website costing Rs 660 which i paid through credit card. But I cannot reach them for a response or confirmation of the order.

I have placed an online order for a Khadi Shampoo with the site 24hourcare.in on 14th June. They have accepted the money, but no status, response after that. Below are the order details

Placed my order on 4th June, my invoice doesn't have any shipping address. They didn't attend calls after multiple retry, mail servers are down. I don't know if they are even functioning or just scam. placed order for 600rs, no shipping address, no tracking information, no expected delivery date, nothing. nor I'm able to cancel the order....

I ordered 'BONABOND SOFT GELETIN CAPSULES". They wont answere the customer care number. They wont reply the mail. Most of the time their mail system will be down. After many attempt I could contact some body. I receive a different medicine, The cost of the medicine is Rs.450 less than the cost of the medicine I ordered.

This pharmacy is cheating the people. Please don't order any medicine with them....

No information available on delivery. No phone pick up . No email reply. No order confirmation....

Customer service guys just hangup the call or say that their manager is busy in meetings and refuse the refund. Very bad service....
