We had taken 3 years membership by paying 65000 Rs in September 22. Till the time they have not given single service or facilities. They are not picking even calls. Office is permanently closed. Even Police could not help us ..there are so many people that have made fraud with....

Accor Business And Travel Management is scammed it in the name of holiday packages at reduced rates as a promotional offer and freebie from their company.
They asked us to do the payment in EMI for 24 months but they put whole amount in swipe machine and we entered pin without knowing the amount as we thought that would be some EMI amount(3333) but they deduct all the amount(85000 rs) without knowing...

I paid 85000/- for the holiday package for 3years on 3rd Sept 2022. Till date no response received on the membership card and when I am trying to book the holiday, nobody picking my call. I would be taking legal actions to get my money, but kindly help to get my money and resolved this complaint.
