Purchased new connection but not installed

ACT Fibernet Account No[protected] on 01/03/2022 was purchased. But no proper response from them they have not provided any connection till date. No response from executive or customer care. I want a complete refund...

I am using ACT Broadband and having issues since 7th Nov. Raised complaint in Whatsapp, called customer support numbers (two numbers does not work), sent email numerous times. Still i get an irritating auto reply and the same with Customer support. They have default answers that switch is down and technician will get back to us. And every time the CS team is telling give last chance we will close issue in 24 hours. I'm calling Customer br...
