I have ordered two kurthis of price amount Rs 785. The money has been debited immediately but I got message from then that payment was unsuccessful since we couldn't place order .such a fraudulent company.i want my money or I need the dress which I have ordered

I have ordered pack of 2 Netplay boxer briefs in ajio (order id: Fl[protected]). But when i received the package and opened it the package damaged and missing 1 boxer brief in box . When i complaint about it to customer care service they didn't responding properly, Please make this issue resolve as soon as possible .

I placed an order of rs. 915.00 using my debit card on september 4, 2020 and the amount got debited from my account but i did not receive the order confirmation yet.
I immediately dropped an email to the customer care with no response yet.

Request you to either confirm my order or refund the amount of rs. 915.00 at the earliest.
