I ordered a dress form them in October and still didn't receive the product (its January). No replies to my mails and no response to phone calls....

On February 2022 I ordered 2 products from their shop through WhatsApp. After 6 months of time I didn't received the product yet. I try to contact them in every means but their is no response. On July 21st I commented on their post, immediately they responded as " The team will contact you and the product will receive within 10/15 days. After 15 days I try to contact them but no response.
