Unable to withdraw money

I was asked to add money in order to place orders and withdraw the same later on, upon receival of the commission for placing the order. Eveb after numerous requests, I have not been allowed to withdraw the money. Initially I was told that I would be allowed to withdraw the money after every order placed, but later on they denied...
