Dear Team,

This is in continuation to the issue that we have been reporting to Skinnsi team since 30/Oct/23. There is an open ticket #00852640 but there is no resolution,

On 24/July/23, we have purchased a package of hair removal treatment which was of 8 At-Home-Service sessions. The amount paid for this service was Rs. 36, 000. During that purchase Skinnsi sales representative Mr. Pratik Wadwa ( contact number [protected] ) confirmed to us that these treatment sessions will be arrange at our house and we had paid extra amount for the same. I am attaching the invoice as Evidence1-PurchaseInvoice.pdf.

On 31/July/23, we availed Skinnsi first session of the treatment and the same was arranged as At-Home-Service session as promised by Skinnsi team. Similarly on 13/Sept/23, we availed the second session of the treatment and again the same was arranged as At-Home-Service session as promised by Skinnsi team. I am attaching screenshot of Skinnsi website as Evidence2-ServiceProvided-WebsiteScreenshot.jpeg that shows clearly that the first 2 sessions were serviced as At-Home-Service sessions.

On 29/Oct/23 when we tried to book our third session, we realized that our At-Home-Service sessions have been converted to At-Centre-Service. There was no communication from Skinnsi team about the change in service. As per the website if we now have to avail At-Home-Service then we have to pay additional Rs. 1499 for each remaining 6 sessions. These extra charges to avail At-Home-Service were never discussed or disclosed to us by Mr. Pratik Wadwa.

On 30/Oct/23 we reached out to your contact centre and spoke to a customer care agent who told us that all At-Home-Service session have been unilaterally converted to At-Centre-Service. We explained her that we had purchased At-Home-Service session so why we had to pay extra Rs. 1499 for availing the service. After long discussion, we requested customer care agent to escalate the call to the Manager. We spoke to Mr. Vishal Walture who took note of our query and promised us to resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours. He promised that he will send this case to the internal audit team and will call back to us with the resolution. on 31/Oct/23 we again spoke to Mr. Pratik Wadwa about this issue. He mentioned that due to some technical issue all At-Home-Service packages have been converted to At-Centre-Service package. He also mentioned that this system issue will get resolved in 1 to 2 days and we will be able to book our next session as per our At-Home-Service package. Since 31/Oct/23, we have been calling up your contact center to seek remediation. We called on 6/Nov/23 and again on 8/Nov/23. We are given assurance that the issue will be resolved and that Mr. Vishal Walture will call us back with an update. Mr. Pratik Wadwa has stopped responding to our phone calls.

Today, 15/Nov when we tried reaching your contact center [protected], there was no ring or response on IVR. We have sent emails to [protected]@skinnsi.in and [protected]@skinnsi.in but the emails are not replied to.

Dear Team, it will be of great help if you can resolve this issue at the earliest so that we can avail the services that we have paid for.

    Hi Team, it's been more than a month but still my query is not resolved.
    I have dropped an email as well to the organisation but they are not helping me in terms of my account closure FnF even the HRs also very irresponsible such a worst experience I am facing.

    Request you kindly close my account details in this organisation.

      Background:
      I am a customer of Skinnsi. I have referred their service and earned referral amount.
      www.skinnsi.in is an internet-based portal is run, operated and maintained by AMPA ORTHODONTICS PRIVATE LIMITED having its registered address at B Wing, Empire Plaza 1, 1st floor, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083.

      Issues faced:
      1. As per company's policy, a referral amount of Rs.4370 is due to me on 7 June 2022 and the same is also reflecting in my online wallet on their website. As per their policy, the same has to be credited into my bank within 2 weeks from the date due.
      2. As on 3 August 2022, the same has not been received by me despite multiple follow-ups to the customer care team
      3. There is no visibility to the customer on the number of tickets raised, it's date, issue raised and it's status.
      4. Each time I contact customer care team, a new representative picks up the call and I have to spend 15 minutes explaining my case from the scratch and receive a standard response to wait for 48 hours and additionally write e-mail explaining my concern.
      5. No inward communication (call/e-mail) has been received over the past 3 months acknowledging the receipt of e-mail or action taken on the issue raised.
      6. After two months of continuous follow-ups, customer care team has closed the issue confirming that the amount has been credited to my bank account by their accounts team. They provide me with a transaction-ID which serves no purpose.
      7. On suggestion of customer care executive, I have e-mailed them my bank account statement confirming that no credit has taken place. However, no action has been taken on this.
      8. In contrary to their above statement that the referral amount has been credited to my bank account, their online website confirms that the referral amount of Rs.4370 due to me has not been paid out yet.

      Request:
      1. Levy a penalty on the company for not honoring their commitment and also providing no disposition for more than 60 days. They have failed to provide visibility on the concern raised and respective action taken. Additionally, I have been mislead multiple times by customer care executives that my bank account details are incorrect and I e-mail my grievance (containing sensitive KYC details) to their individual e-mail IDs despite writing e-mails to company e-mail ID.
      2. Provide compensation of Rs.50, 000 for the time and effort lost over irresponsible handling of customer grievances.
      3. Transfer the referral amount of Rs.4370 due, to my bank account
