Hi,

I have ordered steam inhalation machine from Apollo 24 7 app. They have delivered wrong item and I have raised complaint to customer care.

I was told that replacement will be given but however after 25 days still they haven't given replacement. There customer service team is very poor. After many reminder mails, they don't even care to reply and only an auto generated emails is given.
I am very frustrated...

I have ordered medicines worth of Rs. 2500 from apollo 24x7 on the 24th July 2021 and yet my order is not delivered. Whenever i raise a complaint they keep sending mail saying the package is in transit. How many days will it be in transit. I do not want medicine now and want my money back. When i ask them to refund they keep sending mail saying do not accept the package then they wil refund my money. When the package itself is not come for...
