I’ve made a withdrawal issue of 49, 900. I received the amount, but 20, 000 out of 49, 900 was a fraud amount which is reported by cyber crime department. My bank account is freezed because of the fraudulent amount of 20, 000 sent by them.
I’ve already raised a complaint with them with case id ; 34282856
I’ve shared all the details with them including cyber crime case...

I have made request of widthrawl of 45000 INR on 24/10/2023 but till now no money received. Astropay saying transaction is completed and provide a UTR no which not validate by my bank. Bank is saying this UTR No is a fraud information. Kindly help me to resolve this issue....

After 52 days from support they are saying that they did not receive any payment for that. Please dont fall in trap o[censored]sing Astropay. If you use upi instant and the amount becomes pending due to network issue and later it becomes successful. Astropay will take the amount as a thief. I have shared my full bank statement from 03 March to till date where it is clearly mentioned the amount is debited and successfully reached to Unblemished Infotech...
